It's a low-pressure, 15-minute phone call. You can share what you're going through, and we can answer any questions you have. If we're a good fit, we'll schedule your first session. If not, we'll give you referrals to other trusted local providers.

How do I get started?

We offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. This allows us to hear a bit about your story and ensure we are the best fit for your needs before scheduling your first appointment.

Who do you work with?

We work with individuals across the lifespan—from teens and young adults launching into independence, to high-achieving professionals, parents, and those navigating retirement. We are an inclusive practice welcoming people of all backgrounds.

Do you accept insurance?

We are an out-of-network provider. This model allows us to ensure your privacy and provide care that is determined by you and your therapist, not an insurance company. We can provide you with a monthly "Superbill" to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Our Rates

We provide an initial 15-minute free consultation to ensure we're the right fit for your journey.
Our rates typically range from $150 to $250 for a 50-minute individual session.

Insurance

We don't accept insurance directly, but we provide detailed superbills that you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network benefits. Many clients receive partial or full reimbursement. We'll help you understand your benefits and make the process as simple as possible.
