About Jana

Are you looking to make positive changes in your life? If your goals include expressing your feelings with someone you can trust, strengthening relationships, managing anxiety, or building confidence, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll explore what you’d like to be different and find practical, meaningful ways to support your growth.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience working with young adults and adults. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person. I draw from focusing, hypnosis, EMDR, and psychodrama to help clients gain insight, heal, and create lasting change.

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other, talk about your goals, and start building a foundation of trust and understanding. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I look forward to walking with you on your path toward growth and healing.
