About Rachel
Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here! As a cofounder and the Chief Clinical Officer of Nurture Health Therapy Group, it was my vision to create a warm, welcoming space where people can return to the experience of in-person, office-based therapy. An environment that feels safe, calm, and restorative—somewhere you can step away from the constant demands of daily life and focus fully on your own healing, growth, and well-being.
I have been working in the field of mental health since 2013, and it has been such a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they navigate the different seasons of their lives. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with many high-achieving individuals who appear successful on the outside but quietly struggle with anxiety, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and setting boundaries. In addition, I support clients with ADHD as well as the partners of those with ADHD, helping them build awareness, strengthen communication, and develop practical strategies for everyday life.
My therapeutic approach is both process- and insight-oriented, meaning that I help clients explore the deeper patterns that influence their thoughts, emotions, and relationships, while also equipping them with tools they can apply in real time. I integrate mindfulness-based cognitive therapy with evidence-informed practices to create a space where clients feel both understood and empowered to make meaningful changes.
At Nurture Health, our goal is to offer more than just therapy—we want to give you a dedicated space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in ways that support lasting growth and healing.
