What is the "Free Consultation"?

It's a low-pressure, 15-minute phone call. You can share what you're going through, and we can answer any questions you have. If we're a good fit, we'll schedule your first session. If not, we'll give you referrals to other trusted local providers.

Our rates typically range from $150 to $250 for a 50-minute individual session.

How do I get started?

We offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. This allows us to hear a bit about your story and ensure we are the best fit for your needs before scheduling your first appointment.

Who do you work with?

We work with individuals across the lifespan—from teens and young adults launching into independence, to high-achieving professionals, parents, and those navigating retirement. We are an inclusive practice welcoming people of all backgrounds.

Do you accept insurance?

We are an out-of-network provider. This model allows us to ensure your privacy and provide care that is determined by you and your therapist, not an insurance company. We can provide you with a monthly "Superbill" to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
